Houston weddings deserve more than rubbery chicken. We bring the pit to your venue — or deliver fully plated — and carve on-site so every guest gets a warm, smoke-ringed slice. Brisket, turkey legs, smoked sausage, and boudin that become the story your guests tell for years. Minimum 15 guests; 48-hour lead time required.

How it works

Four steps from quote to feast.

We've simplified catering so you can focus on the event, not the logistics.

  1. 01.Submit your quote

    Fill out the 5-minute quote form — guest count, date, delivery or pickup, and the meats you want. We confirm within a few hours. 48-hour lead time required; delivery within 30 miles of Houston.

  2. 02.Lock it in with a deposit

    A 25% deposit secures your date. We handle the rest — sourcing the post-oak, prepping the rubs, scheduling the smoke. You'll get an email confirmation with every detail.

  3. 03.We fire up the pit

    The day of your event, we're up before dawn loading the smoker. Brisket and ribs go on first for up to 16 hours; sausage, turkey legs, and boudin follow. Everything comes off the pit hot and ready.

  4. 04.We show up and serve

    We deliver hot, we set up, and if you booked on-site carving we stay to serve. After the last guest is fed, we pack out clean. You just collect the compliments.
